Important information about returns:

Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The price of the return label will be subtracted from your total refund.
Any duties or taxes for international orders that were not paid through our checkout system cannot be refunded.
Each return must be processed individually. If you're returning items from multiple orders, a separate return request must be created for each.

We only accept return items according to the following guidelines:

Return Shipping Costs: When returning items, please be aware that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total, as we do not cover return shipping expenses.

International Exchanges: Exchanges are currently unavailable for customers outside of the United States.

International Returns Using Own Shipping: International customers who choose to ship returns using their own carrier instead of our returns center are strongly encouraged to purchase a tracking number and retain it until the refund is processed. Without a tracking number for verification, we cannot issue a refund—no exceptions. (Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of tracking numbers.)

Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within 45 days from the date your order was shipped.

Clothing Tags: Original clothing tags must remain attached to the items.

Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original product bags.

Condition of Items:

Must not be worn, washed, or put through a dryer.
Should be free of deodorant marks.
Must have no stains of any kind, including makeup or self-tanner.
Should not contain human or animal hair.
Must be free of snagging or pilling.
Should not have any abnormal odors like perfume or body odor.
All original contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.) must be included.
Items with excessive wrinkling may be denied. 

Biohazardous Materials: If your return package contains even one item with biohazardous waste (e.g., bodily fluids), our inspection team is obligated to halt the inspection and deny the entire return without exceptions for the health and safety of our staff. The denied package will be shipped back to the address on file.

Refunds on Shipping Costs:If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Return Policy: Customers outside of the United States, including Canada, are eligible for returns only; exchanges are not accepted.

Final Sale Items: All undergarment sales are final due to hygiene reasons. No exceptions.

Hang Tag Policy: If the hang tag has been removed from the item, please ensure it is included in the return package. Returns missing the hang tag will not be processed.

Return Documentation: Be sure to include any return or RMA documentation that was printed along with your return label. This helps expedite the refund process.

Tracking Information: Keep a record of your return’s tracking number. Once your package is received at our return facility, it will be processed within 1-10 business days. If your refund doesn’t appear in your account after 10 business days, please reach out to your bank or financial institution for assistance.
